1. Order Verification Process
1.1 Mandatory Confirmation: Orders will only be processed after a telephonic confirmation or an SMS/WhatsApp verification.
1.2 Unreachable Customers: If the customer is unreachable after three attempts within 4 hours, the order will be automatically cancelled.
2. Payment Protocol at Doorstep
2.1 Exact Change: Customers are encouraged to have the exact amount ready, as riders may not always carry significant change.
2.2 Payment Before Opening: For hygiene and food safety reasons, the payment must be handed over before the sealed frozen packaging is opened or tampered with.
2.3 No Partial Payments: Customers cannot pay for only a portion of the order; the full invoice amount must be settled to receive any items.
