Proof of Delivery: For Cash on Delivery (COD), the order is only considered "completed" once the full payment is collected.
Visual Inspection: Customers are encouraged to inspect the vacuum packaging or seal integrity at the time of delivery before the rider leaves.
Temperature Requirement: Upon receipt, products must be stored immediately at or below -18°C to maintain shelf life.
Post-Thaw Policy: Explicitly state that once a product is thawed, it should not be refrozen. It must be consumed within 24 hours of thawing if kept refrigerated.
No "Change of Mind": Returns are not accepted based on personal taste preference or "change of mind" after the product has been unsealed.
Quality Issues: Refunds or replacements will only be processed if the product is found to be spoiled at the time of delivery or if the packaging was breached prior to arrival.
Evidence: Customers must provide clear photographic evidence of any defect within 2 hours of delivery.
